Returns, Damages & Exchanges
Every resin piece is handmade, so small bubbles, color shifts, and pattern variations are part of its character—not defects.
Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Please contact me before sending anything back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Drip Witch Resin is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or delays by the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging so I can assist with a shipping claim, replacement, or refund when applicable.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale except in cases of verified damage or workmanship issues.
Custom Orders & Deposits
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit once the design and quote are approved. This deposit covers design planning, materials, and reserved production time.
Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, I communicate throughout the production process and may provide photos or updates at key stages. When approval or feedback is requested, production may pause until I receive a response. This gives you the opportunity to request reasonable changes before I move on to the next stage of the piece. Once a stage has been approved and production has continued, changes to that completed portion may not be possible and may require an additional fee.
If you cancel, change your mind, or stop communicating after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited. If I receive no response for 7 calendar days after at least two contact attempts, the order will be considered abandoned and closed, and the deposit will be retained.
If Drip Witch Resin cancels the order before production begins, the deposit will be refunded.
Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders are final sale. Issues involving verified damage, defects, or workmanship concerns will be reviewed individually. Variations that are inherent to handmade resin work—including small bubbles, slight color differences, and unique pattern placement—are not considered defects.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Privacy & Contact
We collect the information you provide at checkout or through site forms—such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and order information—only as needed to process orders, respond to questions, improve the website, and meet legal or tax requirements.
Payment processing is handled securely through Wix and its payment partners. Drip Witch Resin does not sell your personal information. Third-party service providers receive only the information necessary to operate the website, process payments, deliver orders, or analyze site performance.
