3. Secure Your Spot: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any custom commission. This ensures your materials are reserved and your project is added to the cauldron!

Custom Orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your custom piece. We collaborate closely for approvals during the process, so once the final product is shipped, all custom sales are final.
Standard Orders: All standard sales are final once shipped. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages & Flaws: If your piece arrives broken due to a flaw with the resin itself (and not caused by the shipping carrier), please reach out immediately. I will gladly offer a refund or an exchange. All items are handmade right here in Texas. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of your item being completed and cured. I do work on orders first in first out. I am a one woman show please be patient with me. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.
Free Local Pickup: Starting April 18th, I offer free local pickup every other Saturday around 2:00 PM Central at The Domain (by the Aloft hotel). Upcoming dates include April 18th, May 2nd, May 16th, etc. If you need your order sooner than the next scheduled pickup date, simply choose standard shipping at checkout!
