Return & Refund Policy

• Because every Drip Witch Resin piece is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and small bubbles may occur and are part of the character of handmade resin work rather than defects.

  
  

• Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  
  

• All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Drip Witch Resin is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage caused during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the item and packaging so I can assist with a shipping claim, replacement, or refund when applicable.

All Drip Witch Resin items are handmade right here in Texas. As a one-woman business, orders are completed in the order they are received, and I appreciate your patience while I create your piece.

Once your item is completed and fully cured, orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout once your order is on its way.

Free Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Elgin, Texas. Pickup in Taylor or Manor may also be available by prior arrangement. Pickup details will be coordinated once your order is ready.

Please do not travel to a pickup location until you have received confirmation that your order is ready and pickup arrangements have been finalized.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once a package has been shipped, I am unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
